Sarkar Dev specialises in the acquisition of Land for housing and currently has sites throughout Angus and FMS Developments was formed to purchase and develop land for flatted developments and currently have several developments throughout Angus. See Current Developments for our list of houses and flats for sale. FMS Dev also specialise in providing Low Cost (Affordable units) within most of its developments.
FMS Construction is the contracting arm of the Group and provides a full build service for any developer/land owner as well as building for the group companies, FMS build anywhere in Dundee, Angus and South Aberdeenshire. Please view the FMS Const page to see some examples.
Sarkar Investments was formed to acquire residential and commercial property throughout Angus to offer rental properties to individuals and businesses and as such we are always looking for more properties to purchase for rent. See our list of rental properties.
